Walk safely to anywhere downtown and beyond.  For those that wish to rent a bike, they can be brought into our securely locked common area when not in use.  Scooters as well.

Only 1 Room Available, but can accommodate 1 or 2  people, with a minimum age of 13,  it is a HUGE bedroom, half the width of the house, upstairs with a king size bed, or can be separated into 2 twins, or an additional bed brought in to sleep the 3rd person.  It has a large private en suite bathroom or a shared one for lesser fee, beautifully tiled and hot water to a large walk in shower. 

• Air conditioning and ceiling fan in room, a safe, and a nice closet with built in shelves. 

• Super comfortable bed, and the room is very quiet, very sunny and has room darkening curtains

• A fire stick enabled tv

• Large 5 gallon water bottle in room

• The balcony has a view of  the pool

• Spiral staircase leads to an upstairs rooftop patio

With full use of the house, it's like having rented a whole house, for the price of a bedroom, with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, 2 barbecue on site,  and an outdoor fireplace to enjoy in the evening. The beautifully tiled full bathroom on the main floor has a large bathtub with hot water that stays to the top, a shower, a dining room, living room, with patio doors and ceiling fans with air conditioning.  All open doors have mosquito screens, and the windows have screens. All the windows and doors have hurricane shutters too in case of a bad storm.

We are pet friendly, with a cat and sweet dog on site.  Smoking is allowed outside. One block from ocean, makes for a nice walk along the water and to watch the sunset, just behind the Punta Lagosta shopping center, Starbucks and Hooters on Melgar, the street next to the water.  A couple of blocks from two major grocery stores, 2  ultra modern movie theaters, close to many dive shops, bars, restaurants and shopping and is a very safe neighborhood,.

Newly updated, it is an excellent hidden gem of a home.  There are 2 more apartments on the property on the other side of the pool, not available for booking.
